We have an "Open Door" policy, please always communicate your concerns with us, so we can fix the problem if there is one.
OUR GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, we will re-clean to your satisfaction, or if that is not feasible, give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning. Heavenly Maid Cleaning staff must be notified within 24 hours.
