Why only one cleaning specialist assigned to each home?
We quickly found out that things would get overlooked because one housekeeper thought the other took care of something that just didn't get done. We have found over the years that by assigning an individual housekeeper to your home, you get a more personalized service. They become familiar with your home and your particular concerns.
Do I have to be home?
No. In fact most of our clients are not home and make prior arrangements with our cleaning specialist for entry. Some of our clients are home while we clean, which is perfectly fine. Our housekeepers are trained to work in various situations.
How will you get into my home?
You can leave us a key, hide a key, give us a code to the garage door if you have a keypad outside, or make sure that someone is home when we arrive.Compare our prices to other cleaning companies.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by the cleaning specialist. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish to use your own supplies.
Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning?
Yes, Please. In order to provide quality cleaning, please pick up clutter and secure cash, jewelry and other small valuables.
What time will you be cleaning my home?
Once a cleaning date is agreed upon, you are scheduled in our computer system. Normal cleaning hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM and we would prefer to have the flexibility to arrive and depart between those hours, however special requests can be made to accommodate your schedule.
What about pets?
Most of our clients have pets of some kind. Pets are no problem, but we do need to know if you have pets. Large and/or aggressive pets will need to be secured by the homeowner so that we can clean your home, but if your pet will not mind sharing their space in your home for your cleaning to be done, we will gladly work around them.
